Off Campus

off campus

Designed by Coy Yiontis Architects, Off Campus is a refined extension and renovation to a period home that seamlessly blends heritage charm with contemporary elegance. Nestled behind the classic Victorian façade, the project unfolds into a carefully composed series of minimalist volumes, connected by a central courtyard that introduces light, greenery, and calm.

At the heart of the home is a monolithic marble island, anchoring a sleek and understated kitchen. Warm timber ceilings and concrete floors contrast beautifully with the pared-back palette, creating a space that feels grounded yet elevated. Expanses of glass open the living areas to a tranquil courtyard, where a carefully selected tree brings seasonal rhythm to the interior experience.

The bathroom, clad entirely in soft grey marble, is bathed in natural light and offers a serene, spa-like retreat. Subtle detailing, floating cabinetry, and precise lines reinforce the architectural clarity that defines the entire home.

Off Campus is a masterclass in quiet sophistication—where old and new are brought together with restraint, and every detail serves the architecture’s calm, modern purpose.
